I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason

I need a clear reference of the character(s) you'd like me to draw. I will not work with text-only descriptions or unfinished/uncolored design concepts (the ref doesn't have to be polished, I just need a complete design)

If a commission needs to be completed before a certain date, please let me know when ordering! I can't make any guarantees if you tell me afterward

Violating my TOS will lead to consequences dependent on the severity, ranging from small warnings to blacklisting. I do not have a public blacklist at this time, but I will make one if deemed necessary

All prices are in USD, paid via PayPal invoice (the invoice can be paid with a credit/debit card, venmo, or apple pay if you don't have an account). Payment can also be sent via Ko-fi if preferred

Full payment must be sent before I start on your order. I do accept holds of up to one week & short payment plans can be discussed for orders over $200 (one month max, with at least 25% of the total paid upfront)

Full refunds are only available if I haven't started on your order yet. Partial refunds will vary depending on how complete the order is. Forcing a refund via chargeback will result in an immediate blacklist

Please allow me up to 21 days to process your refund. In most cases, you will be refunded within 24 hours - I will inform you if any situations arise where it may take me longer than expected

Some orders may involve additional fees. These fees are case-by-case & may be brought on by the following:

Very detailed/complicated characters (intricate markings, multiple gradients, multiple sets of limbs/wings, etc.)

Major/excessive edits after the sketch has been approved (unless there was a mistake on my end)

Orders with short deadlines

This list isn't definitive - if I feel an additional fee may be needed, I will bring it up with you & we can discuss if needed!

A sketch will be sent to you before any more progress is made - this is where major changes can be requested

Minor changes can be made after the commission is completed for free

All commissions come with a transparent and/or simple color background unless otherwise discussed

Completion times can vary widely depending on the contents of your order & how busy I am at the time of your order. I update my queue whenever I make progress, so feel free to keep an eye on it!

You are welcome to ask for updates, but please avoid doing so more than once a week unless I missed your last request

You are free to use commissioned artwork as icons, profile decor, etc. as long as I receive some form of credit

Please do not repost my work directly unless you've received my permission. Reposted work must always be clearly credited

My watermark may not be removed from the final product

I am fine with small edits being made to my artwork. However - I would greatly appreciate it if you asked beforehand & let me know what edits you are making. If it's because I made a mistake on your piece, I would be happy to fix it!

I retain the right to post both WIPs & completed pieces on my public social media accounts. This includes my Ko-fi, where I post sketches & finished artwork early for members. Private orders will need to be discussed beforehand

All commissioned artwork is for personal use only. My art may not be used commercially unless otherwise discussed

My art may not be involved with NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI training in any way
