All reference material needs to be visual, clear, and complete

Please inform me of any deadlines beforehand, as I can't make any guarantees after an order is placed

Though I will do my best to interpret your character accurately, I will not accept requests to replicate a style outside of my own. Only commission me if you are comfortable with your character being drawn in my art style

Violating my TOS will lead to consequences dependent on the severity, ranging from small warnings to blacklisting. I do not have a public blacklist at this time, but I will make one if deemed necessary

All prices are in USD, paid via PayPal invoice or Ko-fi

Full payment must be sent before I start on your order. One-week holds are available if needed

Short payment plans can be discussed for orders over $200. A 25% non-refundable down payment will be required & the full amount will need to be paid off within a month. Please keep this in mind when requesting a plan!

Full refunds are only available if no work has been done. Partial refunds will vary based on how complete the order is

Though I am able to process most refunds within 24 hours, it could take me longer under certain circumstances. I will keep you informed & issue your refund as soon as I can. Filing a chargeback will result in an immediate & public blacklist

A sketch will be sent to you before any more progress is made - this is where major changes can be requested

Minor edits can be made for free after completion

All commissions come with a transparent and/or simple color background unless otherwise discussed

Wait times can vary widely depending on the contents of your order & how busy I am at the time of your order. My TAT ranges from a week to a couple of months. I wouldn't recommend ordering if you're not ok with the potential wait time

For regular updates, feel free to keep an eye on my queue! You are also welcome to ask for updates, but please avoid doing so more than once a week unless I missed your last request

You are free to use commissioned artwork as icons, banners, profile decor, etc. as long as I am credited

Please do not re-upload my work without my permission

My watermark may not be removed from the final product

I am fine with small edits being made to my artwork. However, I'd greatly appreciate it if you asked beforehand & let me know what edits you plan to make. If it's because I made a mistake on your piece, I'll happily fix it for you!

I retain the right to post WIPs & completed pieces on my public social media accounts. This includes my Ko-fi, where members get to view sketches & finished artwork early. Private orders will need to be discussed beforehand

All commissioned artwork is for personal use only. My art may not be used commercially unless otherwise discussed

My art may not be involved with NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI training in any way
